Shipping and Refunds

The time I need to prepare an order in Christmas Season for shipping is about 5-12 bussines days.

I ship with regular tracked mail Correos de Chile that it is the most reasonable price shipping method to ship from Chile.

The delivery usually take 2-4 weeks, but if take 6 it is totally normal in these covid times.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of any item. If the item not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If after 6 weeks you don't receive your item I'm going to refund you the value of the item and the shipping.

Items can be not perfect with some irregularities that are part of the handmade work.

If you are not comfortable with the item purchased please contact me.

Items returned, damaged or lost will not be refunded. I refund once I receive the item back

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on your country. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs and covid times
